In some cases prepared directly in the glass, in other cases in a mixing glass, its balanced flavor has become increasingly successful.

ingredients

  • 30 ml Mariáh London Dry Gin

  • 30 ml Italian Bitter

  • 30 ml Red Vermute 

  • 1 Twisted orange skin

preparation

  • In a pre-cooling mixing glass, place all the ingredients and use a bar spoon to swirl the ice cubes, except for the twist orange;

  • Strain into a glass filled with large, solid, crystal-clear ice
    (or ice cubes);

  • Finish with twisted orange skin;
